In an effort to promote her annual SlutWalk, Amber Rose shocked the internet by posting a half-naked photo of herself.
Covered in oil, dressed in a black fur coat and matching bikini top, the model-actress lounged on a staircase while exposing her pubic hair.

Shortly thereafter, Rose claimed that the image was banned from Instagram. “When IG deletes ur fire ass feminist post but you really don’t give a fuck because everyone picked it up already,” she wrote. “#amberroseslutwalk #bringbackthebush”
The SlutWalk movement started in 2011, when a Toronto police officer reportedly told women that they shouldn’t “dress like sluts” in order to avoid sexual assault. That first march in 2011 sparked several others in various cities throughout the years. In 2015, Rose launched her version of the SlutWalk in Los Angeles.
Last year, Rose spoke with Rap-Up about the cause. “I feel like, as women, we deal with that every single day, and a lot of people just don’t understand,” she said. “It’s an extreme form of bullying, especially slut-shaming. I really felt like I brought a lot of awareness to it because now rappers are apologizing for calling girls hoes. So, I think it’s just really cool.”
This year’s third annual Amber Rose SlutWalk is set to take place Sept. 30 through Oct. 1 in Los Angeles.
